As Principal Consultant at Evolve 2 Thrive Limited, she leads client engagements from diagnosis to execution, partnering with business leaders to unlock human potential,  and optimize sustainable performance and productivity through bespoke solutions that drive business priorities and transformation. 

Ezeogu, Chukwuemeka Kayode

Ezeogu, Chukwuemeka Kayode is a Management Consultant, Psychologist, and a Leadership and Life Success Coach.

Having spent well over a decade in the field of human capacity development, he brings this vast experience as well as his detailed knowledge and experience in human behavioural psychology to bear on every intervention whether individual or corporate. This is evident in the Self Mastery Model (KADE) that he developed, which has been used for workplace optimization for a host of organisations. He has also designed and facilitated corporate turn –around projects for clients in various industries across sectors of the economy.
